Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the personal nature of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement. To be eligible, your request must meet the following requirements:
- Submitted within 3 days of your delivery date
- Includes clear photo evidence of the issue
- Includes your order number
Requests that do not meet these requirements will not be considered. Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
